Hi guys, I just wanted to let you know that we're going to be making some changes to the Metronet website on September 16th (Tuesday). This will see all of the Metronet sales pages being redirected to the Plusnet website. We're doing this because it'll allow potential Metronet customer to benefit from better value for money products. They'll be able to use our Home Phone telephone services, as well as improved tools on the Plusnet website. This won't mean any changes for existing Metronet customers, as you'll still be able to access the website to administer your account, perform upgrades and downgrades and to add additional 'child' accounts. This will just mean that you won't be able to sign up for new accounts (ie: new 'parent' accounts). Everything else will remain the same. Existing customers will all get an email explaining this and then they'll get another once the work has been completed.
