Thanks spraxyt,  you could be correct. It has been resubmitted and I'm now the proud owner of 4 closed & 2 open tickets on the matter

I have now recived a text saying my order has completed but the ticket has not been updated and I haven't received any emails. 
My download speed has certainly increased but the upload is about the same.

Upload speed doesn't change unless requested - obviously uncapping upload could reduce download speeds.

Obviously you have a good connection and, if you do many large uploads, it could be worthwhile making the request.
I rarely upload so requested my connection be capped.
