We found what we believed to be the cause of lag during game play and disconnect’s earlier today and put in place a workaround while we investigated further. We have now identified the root cause of the problem and after talking with our supplier have just removed the root cause from the network. Users should find that they are no longer experiencing lag etc. during game play, thanks.
