Sounds interesting. I've not used them before, but I'd like to give it a go sometime.

Unless anyone else is extremely interested, and you need to get rid of it, give me a shout and I'll collect it.

Fair way for you to travel Liam. Can't believe you've never used a BBC, didn't you have them in school?

PS. I do need to get rid of it. Promised myself that I never would but space is now pressing and I never touch it so if someone can make use of it then I will be happier TeeHee.

I loved the BBCs used them in school all the time! whats the command to load a disc again ctrl and break or summat?

I'd drive down and take it off your hands but its a long way to go and I am very busy at the moment with college work!

Funnily enough I've got a load of tapes far a BBC within arms length of where I am atm. I've not got a machine to use them on though - I think it's in my grandparents loft!

I have one too

BBC B loads of goodies, worked last time I used it free to a good home.
It might be unique too it has AMX mouse, AMX "Pagemaker" (only Aldus/Adobe made 'em change the name to STOPPRESS) Mini office II built in rom couple of 5.25 drives. G.K.W.E

Also some old Apple Mac Stuff mentioned elsewhere on this forum.
Remember a mac is for life not just for Christmas.

Just wondering if it's gone or naively if it's still free to a good home?

Still here, What bits do you want? PM me to arrange collection. A donation to Cancer research would be nice though if you can stretch to it. https://donateinmemory.cancerresearchuk.org/(zhsnxe55nmk1ytvcrt1zjd45)/DesktopDefault.aspx?tid=2&iid...
