Go to Contact Us on the F9 website and post a comment. It will be seen and answered, sooner or later. I'm having the same trouble even returning a faulty ADSL modem, simply because they can't or won't send me a return mail address! In the meantime I've had to keep my old Connect Heavy User account active to give me Internet access. Paying for two accounts at the same time now!
