retrieving emails

What server - your own, a companies or PlusNets?

If you collected your emails via POP3 then they are no longer stored on the server because once they are downloaded to your email client, they are deleted from the server. Unless you specifically configured your email client to leave a copy on the server which is not the normal default setting.

Please be more specific about what email client you are using, if you use POP3 or IMAP to download/view your email and if your request is due to a corruption in your current email client.

I am using POP3 and have configured email client to keep a copy for 90 days. If you can help than that would be nice. Thanks.

When you say you have configured the client to keep a copy for 90 Days, do you mean that you told the client to leave aq copy on the server for 90days?
If so, then configuring your client to collect the mails as normal will work.
Are you trying to retrieve emails from the server which you deleted from your client?
If so, once you delete them from the client, the client usually tells the server you aren't interested in that mail any more, and it is removed from the server.
