form results on front page websites

I signed up for a domain name with F9 and published a website with a 'form' on it for prospective customers to order from. This does not work because f9 don't have the relevent extensions installed (or something like that.) Microsoft tell me that it it the job of my ISP to do it and F9 say they don't offer that level of support. IT IS NOT UNUSUAL TO WANT A FORM ON A WEBSITE! If you are not able to host a 'front page' site, then don't offer the service. It has left me high and dry. I don't know how to solve it. I have copied a form from the f9 website and altered it to fit my needs, but I can't direct it to my e-mail address. Where can I get access to the form results? AAARGH!
Thanks for listening!

I don't know a thing about FrontPage, so I can't help you there, but if what you're after is some means of processing fields from an HTML form and emailing the results to yourself, and the standard Force9-supplied script is not to your liking, then you're at liberty to install some other one which meets your requirements.

There are loads available -- equivalents of the well-known ones from Matt's Script Archive may be found at http://nms-cgi.sourceforge.net/

F9 offer FrontPage enabled web areas but you need to a) be on a subscription account and b) activate FP extensions via the portal. As with cgi, F9 do not officially offer support but you may be able to get some help from the newsgroups or these forums.

I also have to say that placing exactly the same question within the forum is not the best way of getting a quick answer. I would imagine most people use the "view messages since last visit" link so there isn't much chance they would miss it!
