I must say many thanks to the f9 support team,

My adls connection dropped out and obviously I could not connect, having tried everthing I eventually rang f9.

The phone was answered pretty quick and the guys were most polite and helpful.

After nearly 2 days with no connection and another 2 calls to f9, it was my daughter who solved this problem.

The cable in the router was loose, she replaced it and all was roses again.

Thanks again guys for your patience and understanding.
