I just phoned up F9 support who contacted BT to find out why I hadnt been connected. The guy I spoke to was unsure so raised a query. 10 mins later I had a call on my mobile from F9 telling me I had been activated. OUTSTANDING SERVICE...CHEERS GUYS!
