Very angry, Very Unhappy soon to be ex-customer

I have had this ADSL service for 5 months now and it has NEVER, EVER worked!

I am on my 2nd or 3rd modem....

I either this is resolved in the next 24hours or You take the modem back and REFUND the cost of the modem, installation and all my wasted line rental.

If this is not done to my satisfaction I will contact my local trading standards officer, OFTEL and a number of magazines for whom I am providing articles and photographs.

I have not managed to send or receive a single packet of data via your service.

As far as I am concerned ADSL with means

A=Absolutely
D=Disappointing
S=Service
L=Level

Unhappy customer

Why?

Because I want some thing done about it.

This has been dragging on for months and I have terminated my other dialup connection, juggle my email addresses around in anticipation for using as service that has NEVER worked.

I am fed with calling 0845 numbers for support and sitting on hold....or paying twice for internet access when I should only be paying once.

Sometimes the only way to get things done is to shout. I shall continue to shout until I get a service that works or my money back.

well from your other posts, it appears that you have not done everything necessary to help narrow down the fault
