Upgrade from56K

I'm trying to upgrade to braodband and want to keep all my email, username details. Your Customer service said that I go into the "My Connections" and use "Upgrade account".

I've done this but it won't accept my original username.

I guess it thinks I'm a totally new user.

What do I do?

Hi Ivan,

When you go through the Upgrade Account link select the broadband package that you want. You should then see a small icon labelled "Existing Users Upgrade Here", click this rather than "Buy Now" and it should take you through the upgrade process rather than trying to register you a new username.

Ah - there it is - yes - I totally missed that.
