Testing own site for Vulnerabilities

What is Force9's stance on checking our own sites for possible vulnerabilities? There is a small programme that will go to the URL and examine all the pages, and then check for possible vulnerabilities, which is a good thing, if it finds one, you can remove it. However I have no idea on how Force9 would deal with me if I suddenly started to test every single PHP page on my website for vulnerabilities, and then ran an "attack" on them to test to make sure they are secure.

I know F9 state it is our responsibility to ensure our sites are not vulnerable, but how will F9 react to testing said site for vulnerabilities (naturally all the testing would be from the IP address linked to that site, but it will consume bandwith)
