Speed adjectives - warning moderate humour

Since a number of folks seem to be having speed problems at the moment, I thought it might be useful to set up a standard set of phrases/adjectives to describe your current speed. So assuming a specified link of 2Mbps we could have

2M - Cracking speed, Gromitt
1.8 to 2M - Not bad for a Friday afternoon
1.4 to 1.8 - A tad slow today dear
1.0 to 1.4 - I see someone has pushed the 'Slow' button again
0.5 to 1.0 - Yipes the Ellocoyas have kicked in on me link
0.25 to 0.5 - Fast as a snail
0.1 to 0.25 - I can count the bits as they come down the line
below 0.1- MAC code please

Any additions or further suggestions. Clean please so as not to provoke the Mods into chain mode.

Although I have read all the Dan Brown books I am also keeping an eye on developments at the Cessy constuction site where they are building the CMS detector as part of the Large Hadron Collider accelerator for CERN. If you're interested in watching the construction the go here

This should surely be placed betwoon 0.1 and 0.5 as 0.5 is officially an acceptable level of service by BT's rule book.
