Due to unforseen circumstances, the failover of our telephone support system did not complete successfully. The system correctly failed over to our backup site, however our telephone service provider suffered an infrastructure outage and are unable to immediately repoint the service back to our primary site.
The ETA for restoration of service is currently 5PM. We will provide further updates as the situation develops. Support is still available by telephone, but at a reduced capacity.
Please bear in mind that our secondary site is operating on skeleton staff when raising a support issue over the phone. We have allocated extra resources to the Contact Us system, so we would encourage you to raise your issue through this mechanism in the first instance.
Our "Calls Waiting" figure on the portal is consequently inaccurate until this issue is resolved.
