Planned Maintenance: Planned Network Maintenance - Wednesday

Dear Customers,

We will be performing important network maintenance at our Telehouse location in London between 3am and 7am on both Wednesday 16th April and Thursday 17th April 2003. This will affect a number of our ADSL customers.

The maintenance is being carried out over two days in order to minimise disruption. Changes are being made to the physical routing for two of our BT Central ADSL pipes and during this time any customers connected to those pipes will experience disconnection of their ADSL service. We would advise that customers plan around these times when considering their ADSL usage.

We understand that this work may cause inconvenience for some customers and would like to apologise in advance for any resulting downtime. We do expect customers who are disconnected to be able to reconnect quickly via the unaffected ADSL pipes during the maintenance window.
