I really hope I am in the minority, but I fear that the once great service of Metronet has now sunk to disastrous levels. As you may know they now have two 24/7 so-called helplines, I have spent many hours over the last 2 days trying to get through to anyone, but to no avail, what makes it worse is every so often you get a sweet recorded voice telling you that your call is SO important that they now monitor call voumes TO ENSURE YOU ARE ANSWERED asap. PLEASE PLEASE get your act together Metronet, and if you really care call me urgently. Yous Sincerely John Carter.
Please take note Metronet/Plus net, I spent a futher ONE AND A HALF HOURS trying to speak to someone on your so called 24/7 service lines. Should I bill you for all my wasted time to date? You are a TOTAL DISCRACE.
