Malteaser Cake

Here it is then:

110g Margarine or Butter
220g Milk Chocolate
3 Tablespoons Golden Syrup
100g Digestive Biscuits
120g Ginger Nut Biscuits
220g Malteasers
Plenty of White Chocolate (I use about two 200g (approx) bars allowing for eating a little!)

1) Grease a swiss roll tin (if you don't have one improvise)
2) Melt the milk chocolate, margerine and syrup (I cheat and shove it in the microwave but really you should do the bowl over water malarkey).
3) Crush your biscuits (I find a food processor extremely helpful for this because of the ginger nuts)
4) Setting 10 aside place the malteasers in the chocolate mix with the biscuits and mix throughly. (you will need a good sized bowl for this).
5) Compact into swiss roll tin and place in fridge
6) Melt white chocolate.
7) Spread white chocolate over and crush malteasers on top.
Cool Refridgerate until firm then cut and serve or place back in fridge once cut.

I've only ever had one person that didn't like it and they aren't over keen on chocolate. My aunt makes them for her golf club a lot and they always go down a treat, but she doesn't use the ginger nuts.
