MX records

We logged a call with Plus.net for changing MX records and they created some wierd records and hence this problem and confusion has arised.

Now they deny knowledge of it and want us to post on the forums surprise!!

Now the question is am I being silly or something is obviously wrong here if anyone can please advise Sad

Now I cant see the secondary MX record online so I guess they are hidden from management.

So I deleted the original records and re created them correctly and they now show up the way mentioned below.

I am not used to makign changes using such web GUI but can anyone advise me is this correct ?
