Lots of errors, normal? (since 2mb upgrade)

The stats on my router show:

IP / Bytes / Packets / Errors
Transmit: / 52085906 / 547694 / 0
Receive: / 508836468 / 633175 / 0

0 Errors, but detailed stats show:

ATM Cell Header Errors: 31
DSL Cumulative Errored Seconds: 318
DSL Uncorrected Blocks: 384

Since last reboot which was 4 1/2 days ago, is this normal? The details of my connection are now:

Current Noise Margin: 10.0 dB (Downstream), 31.0 db (Upstream)
Current Attenuation: 24.0 dB (Downstream), 12.0 db (Upstream)
Current Output Power: 6.7 dB (Downstream), 11.6 db (Upstream)

The Noise Margin and Output power seem really low, are the figures acceptable for a 2MB connection?
