Your chance of getting a refund is the same as catching the next bus to the moon.

I had on\off adsl connection for about six weeks at the start of my 1 year contract i was promised a refund but in the end they wriggled out.

I gave up in the end but can't wait for my contract to run its course so i can take my custom elsewhere.
