Forced CLI prefix

With a BT line, you can force your withheld CLI through to people by prefixing the number with 1470.

I however want to do this from a mobile phone on the O2 network.

A quick check suggests 1470 doesn't work.

I used to have a phone that would black the CLI by default and allow you to select to send it on a single call (ie, the next one). When looking in the calls made list, it would show the pre-fix it used. This was on the old one2one network and I don't remember it now.

If anybody can assist, that would be fantastic.
