(I don't seem to be able to bring up their site nor collect emails.)

Not that I am aware of. I can collect my email and view the portal.

What URL are you using?

I've tried a few - just tried:
http://www.force9.net/ and, for my email, I'm using
mail.force9.net
&
relay.force9.net

Perhaps I've been dropped as a user?

Just remembered that I'd upgraded my firewall to ZoneLabs Pro V3 - turned it off and it all worked again...

Wonder how I should set it as I could get to lots of sites but not all...

Just had a look at the email that came in via Force9 and found this:

Microsoft Customer,

this is the latest version of security update, the
"7 Mar 2002 Cumulative Patch" update which eliminates all
known security vulnerabilities affecting Internet Explorer and
MS Outlook/Express as well as six new vulnerabilities, and is
discussed in Microsoft Security Bulletin MS02-005. Install now to
protect your computer from these vulnerabilities, the most serious of which
could allow an attacker to run code on your computer.

This contains a virus and is the third one in a week from whoever this is!

Thanks for that. Just goes to show that you can't trust anything anymore. What will they think of next. Firewalls, viruscheckers .... I'll be cacooning my PC in a small room surrounded by a farraday cage and soundproofing next !!!!!!!!

Microsoft do not send out emails re security updates, to install an update either use auto update or go to www.microsft.com and go from there!
