Flood of Spam emails carrying a virus attachment.

Over last few days I have been flooded with 100s of rogue emails which all carry an attachment containing a virus as identified by Norton AV.

Is anybody else suffering with the same problem or am I just unlucky?

My wife's firm has been suffering the same thing so you are not alone on this.
I have overcome it for them by setting up a named mailbox and then making Outlook Express only collect mail from that named box.

Sounds like a good solution as most of the 100s of mail items are addressed to 'unkown to me' addresses. Can you explain how I can set up OE to do this?
