Fair Usage takes effect

Hi,

I just got an email from free-online saying that fair usage will take effect on Thursday 14th April. Does this mean I'm being speed upgraded on that date, or just that the cap policy will take effect?

Did everyone else get the same email?

Cheers,

Mike

Hi there,

Thanks for the link. One question, the EACAM exchange that I presume to be on is listed as having 4 different DSLAM IDs, CB-ADSL-102 & CB_DSL_101 are being done in April 05, but CB-DSL-001 & CB-ADSL-1 are being done in July 05.

Is there a way to tell which set of changes will affect my connection?

Thanks,

Mike

Hi

Not to sure to be honest however I am sure one of the com's team may be able to help you.

I know Dave Tomlinson has posted on one of the other visp's forum that he will look into it as others have asked also.

Kind Regards

Slevgb.

Thanks for the Link!

Just one Problem, when I clicked the link I got the FreeOnline Support Posting O.K.!

But when I went through that page to the link given by them:http://www.plus.net/support/adsl/speed_upgrade_scheme.shtml

and then tried to read the PDF, all I got was 'Blank' Screen!

I am using My Firefox Browser (which has never had any probs with PDF's before), so I am Baffled as to what the problem is!

Hi

Have you tried right clicking the link for the pdf file and using "save target as" and download to your computer then try opening it ?

I have opened it fine in IE but it does take a while.

Kind Regards

Ian
