Evil I have just spent at least one hour trying to obtain what I would have thought was run-of-the-mill information about changing from dial-up to broadband....as you might have guessed zilch!
Tried the phone...zilch. F9 if you want people to call during office hours say don't have an inane voice telling you about options that are not relevant.

Have you tried "connection Settings" and then "Upgrade Account"?

Just follow the upgrade my account instructions as these are very simple to understand. Pay the £47.00 then it is up to you either get your own modem or buy one from F9 but do not have the deferred terms then you have only a one year contract. Setting up your own madem is easy if again you follow all instructions.
