Exchange Upgrade - mine says its a "trial exchange"

I'm trying to find out when my DSLAM is likely to be updated to 2 Mb, but when I enter my phone number into http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/ it tells me

MR/URM_ADSL_2 This DSLAM is marked as a trial exchange
MR/URM_ADSL_1 Upgrades on this DSLAM will commence in July 2005
MR/URM_DSL_101 Upgrades on this DSLAM will commence in July 2005
MR/URM_DSL_102 Upgrades on this DSLAM will commence in Aug 2005

You are on the DSLAM known as MR/URM_ADSL_2.

Record last updated: 21 Jun 05

Can anyone tell me what the fact that my DSLAM is a trial exchange means and when I might expect to get the speed upgrade?

The only trial I'm currently aware of is the 8Mbit adsl trial, but there may be others I don't know about.

DLM manages your line the same way DRM manages your rights.
Look at all the pretty graphs! (now with uptime logging!)

Just to add - a few days after this I stumped up the money and paid for a 2mb upgrade.

Received an e-mail saying it would take a couple of weeks to process the upgrade......then another one a few hours saying the upgrade was complete. Which it was as I was able to download at near 2mb the following morning.

So clearly it wasn't the exchange which was stopping the free upgrade, just needed some money to spring F9 into action
