DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM F9

I have been unable to stay on line for more than 2 minutes for the last 9 WEEKS!!! ever since Force 9 so-called upgraded my connection speed.

Excuses,no action to address the situation, over an hour waiting on the phone to speak to anyone on the helpline (or should I say no help line) and now the helpline number is dead.

Still they continue to take my money, yet no service.

Bloody digusting!!!!!!!!!

So Force9 I am about to cancel my subscription then I will be contacting Trading Standards and asking them to investigate my complaint.

Join the club Probe. We have T-shirts now. This forum is FULL of mails like yours. I have been without Broadband for 7 weeks! I'm paying for Broadband and I get dial-up. Force9 say there is no problem. Really? How odd that they are reporting over a 100 or so similar Broadband issues.

Get your MAC from them and move on. Why should we be treated like this and stay?

Join the queue Probe and get out of here before you wake up one day to find F9 closed down and your connection in the void. I'm waiting for BT to make me active later this month.
