Customer service?

Absolute silence from "customer services". The last time I heard from Metronet was a year ago.

However, when I get a new Switch card and the payment failed - did I get a polite reminder? No - nothing. Just cut off your service and let you and your family sweat.

So in my (initial) panic I send a couple of emails asking what's happened. Did I get a reply? No - nothing. Just cut off your service and let you and your family sweat.

Customer service?

I do apologise for the situation here. Thankfully, it looks as though the Metronet Billing Refresh project is going to be underway very very shortly and that will vastly improve the billing system - and allow things like Direct Debit that you guys have been asking for for some time!
