Constructive thoughts please on 1st website

Nice clean setup, well done.

A couple of comments to help:

1) your email address is very difficult to read. This should ideally be easy to read text. You may also want to add a mailto: option so clicking the email image opens the users email client with your email address already filled in.

Something I think like:
<a href="mailto:mailbox@username.plus.com"><img src="images/email.jpg" border="0" alt="Email"></a>

2) Be carefull about having too many moving images as they can distract from the actual content of the page, and try not to make then too big which I think the house is. I would make the house image static, you still have the image to show home but you would no longer be drawn to it rather than the page contents. The dancing images are fine.

yeh nice site................

The only thing that i would point out apart from the e-mail address that peter has pointed out is that websites that you do not need to scroll down to see all the content are normally visited more often as some users perfer smaller images and everything on one page........

Thanks for your help.

I used plusnets webbuilder (click on buttons to add pics etc) so not sure if I can add HTML code, I'll try to find out.

Reason I used a jpeg to show email address as a prev site a mate did showed the email address as plain text and I got hundreds of spam emails every week. (maybe web site not entirely to blame I suppose)

I take on board your comments re moving icons and the sizes and I will try to improve.

Thanks very much for your feedback, I appreciate it. Wink

You don't need to. instead of adding a http:// URL link to an image as you have done on your dancing pictures, just enter mailto:fred@bert.com. i.e. the URL box on the image link editor page.

Thanks Peter.

I wasn't aware I could do that, it would work a lot better. I will give it a try.

Thanks for your help, the mailto:fred@bert.com link works a treat. Far easier for users to use and not open to spam.

Cheesy Cheers.
