ADSL availability

Hi all

I was checking broadband availability for a friend but out of habit put in my own telephone number. The result was a little surprising as it said that I cannot get ADSL. The weird thing is I DO have it!! I was a little intrigued so I checked availability on a couple more sites and they all say the same thing. What the heck is going onHuh

Hi Michael,

BT Check your line against their database. You would be seen as having an "Incompatible Product" on your line. That, of course, would be ADSL in your case (This is the same error is if you had PBX, Redcare, ISDN etc).
