ADSL Maintenance

Dear Customers

As detailed yesterday, here is the update to the current situation regarding ADSL performance on the F9 service.

Detailed investigation has been undertaken by Force9 network engineers and we are pleased to announce the nature of the fault has been identified. In order to fully resolve these issues it has been determined that moving users from our 34MB BTCentral pipe over to our BT 155MB FAT pipe is the most appropriate solution. Once the move has been made, you should expect to see an increase in reliability and performance. This work will be undertaken over the next few days. We will provide a firm ETA and more details on the maintenance work to be performed as and when we have it.

We welcome your feedback regarding this matter. If you have any comments regarding this announcement, please use the Contact Us facility on the portal.

Kind Regards,
Customer Support.
