Hi everybody, please do not join plusnet. I complained many many times for my network problem but they dont care at all. look for another provider ie sky, virgin, BT.

Now that is really informative. You mention a "network" problem - well the "network" is largely provided by BTOR and between your property and the exchange is the same "network" as used by everyone (including Sky, BT, TalkTalk etc.) so if there is a problem with YOUR line, it will still be there.
