"Activate static IP" Page not working on control panel

Hi,

I'm trying to activate the static IP address on our account but every time I click active it takes me to a blank page with no information on.

Please advise what I can do to resolve this.

Deleted, I had not noticed that this is a Business account.

@Baldrick1 business includes a static ip - just needs activating.

Welcome to our community forums @sparkshire

I've added a static IP onto your account now. If you can reboot your router this should be automatically applied and if you then go to a site like this one you'll be able to find out what the IP is.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
