Len is not alone. For 3 months we have had the following typical TBB graph.
http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share/3d73826204d2ed9d499cdd401290e9de-11-09-2014.html
It makes Plusnet totally unusable for large parts of the later day, and often into and through the night. Plusnet declare this is a OR/BTw ADSL problem, but clearly the pattern makes it unlikely to be local - Wales residents are not known to be on line at 04:00.

That looks like some kind of line fault - have you created a thread on this?

Hello John,
That BQM looks horrible. But I have to say that this does appear to be different from the issue that LenAsh was suffering. You are clearly suffering a lot of packet loss there.
The sort of problem LenAsh was suffering is characterised by the familiar hump in the Average Latency (Blue) and slightly raised Minimum Latency (Green) coupled with the packet loss at peak times.
In view of your previous post, I did suggest at the time that you
......could you please start your own thread on the Business Users board if this is a business line. Could you provide the information over there that is asked for in http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,96155.0.html.
(If it's a residential line, start a new thread on this board.)
In either case post the ping graph in your own thread to avoid confusion with this one.
It would still be best if you did that, with a brief note on the way you are using the connection (are you using the connection heavily at night for example?), along with some basic stats to give an overall picture, and then it might get the attention it clearly needs. Also attach a grab of the BQM graph which looks really horrible, far more eye catching than just the link.

Business Line - what's the difference?
Plusnet have all the information gathered over the past three months. It is NOT the line.
My post was to establish whether other users have seen a pattern of lost packets which shows a daily variation. Anybody got this?

Divide and conquer?
It is clear that there are many threads which have speed, and particularly slowdown in the evening as a topic. The topic heading is hardly likely to be lighted upon as a common problem for comment by other users.
Bye Bye PlusNet

John, Business Line support is superior to Residential support because you pay more for the product and it has a different SLA.
If you'd put your post in the correct place as previously suggested, you would have found other business users tell you that if you had any doubts.
It's got nothing to do with "divide and conquer", it has to do with not confusing one issue with another. You may think the symptoms appear the same because you don't understand the issues, and the actual causes are different.
Clearly if you are not prepared to be helped you won't get help.

Hi John,
I've asked someone in our Business team to take a look at this for you today. You should get a response on the ticket you've raised on your account.
As Anotherone has already advised, if you want to communicate on the forums, please raise the query on the Business board.
Cheers
