It's the same with any ongoing monthly contract with any company. Do you renew/upgrade your mobile phone package yearly/every 18 months or do you just sit by getting charged the same amount for what is now probably the same price but with double the benefits? Do you renew your home/car insurance at the first offer you receive from them? Have you ever bothered to look at interest rates for savings account - well probably not as you don't check these things, you've probably not got that much money to save and you obviously like pouring it down the drain!
