Hi,
I have used the above card payment machine successfully for over a year, suddenly the router does not show the device as on the network (although the machine says it is connected correctly), therefore unable to take card payments, have been advised by Worldpay it is a plusnet issue, PlusNet unable to resolve, suggesting try port forwarding or allowing via DMZ, but as I cant see the device, I cannot configure it, perhaps some help on adding the MAC address ??
Anyone else had the same issue?
