What's the deal with rDNS requests

Yesterday at 12:40 I created a ticket requesting a change to reverse DNS for my IP address.
Today at 15:40 I have not had a reply.
Should there normally be such a long delay? It should take only a minute or two to change DNS so why have I waited over a day with not even a reply, let a lone what I actually asked for?

Re: What's the deal with rDNS requests

Hi,
It doesn't take the support team long to action an rDNS request, but tickets are worked in the scenario of oldest ticket gets picked up next, so regardless of the complexity of a query it still gets actioned at the same time.
I can see this was sorted yesterday anyhow, but any problems please let us know.
