Hiya,
On the 8Mbps Business product and currently have my domain and website hosted at PlusNet. I would like to have the website moved to a design company (who have redesigned it) so i'd like to double on the config...
I assumue I change Domain Hosting Settings to Other and point domainname.co.uk and www.domainname.co.uk to the new hosts IP address?

If you're just talking about letting the other company host the domain for you, it should just be a case of changing the name servers on the domain to theirs.

I don't actually want the entire domain moved to the new company as I have SMTP email with PlusNet going straight to my Exchange server, as well as other DNS A records for other hosted services.
I just need ot point (redirect) requests for domainname.co.uk and www.domainname.co.uk to the new companies IP address.
