I have 2 accounts with plusnet, 1 business broadband + Tel and 1 Residential broadband + Tel. Having hit my broadband cap with my business account within 3 days I upgraded to unlimited. Now the upgrade won't take place until the end of the month, in the meantime I am getting charged £1 per gb for every gb that I go over my limit. At the current rate I'm using a gb roughly every 3 days, which is increasing my bill far beyond what unlimited broadband would have cost me in the first place. My residential service is capped at 40, I have used 10 in 2 days so I see the same problem arising. Are my only choices A) Stop using the Internet until next month when the upgrade kicks in. B) Pay a very expensive bill for the first month. ?
