VPN on Business Option 3 account

Suddenly mid way through mid morning my VPN connection to the office disconnected and will not re-establish a connection. I can browse web sites and access emails fine, just no VPN. When I switch to my residential Plusnet Pro account VPN is fine again.
I am using Windows 7 and a bog standard PPTP account.
I am reluctant to reboot the router as I'm testing the connection for stability at the moment and it will mess up the figures.
Could there be a problem with Plusnet filtering of VPN traffic ?

Sorry for stating the obvious but could there be a problem with the office VPN server?
I've just checked a PPTP VPN connection and it's ok.

The office side was ok as I could connect to it using my 2nd line. Whatever it was seems to have corrected itself as I can now connect using the Business account. I did not reboot the router.
