Ticket #52491864 - Any staff about and able to assist please?

Sorry to post on here, however I currently have no internet access due to a billing issue.
The problem I face is that I asked for the DD payment to be re-presented (it had been refused by my bank as they believed it to be a duplicate, as I have 2 accounts now). As the new DD is in process, I'm not able to make a card payment to restore my access, but my access is restricted until payment is received - catch22.
If there are any passing members of staff who may be able to assist, it would be greatly appreciated, as I need access to my work VPN this evening, desperately!!

I suggest phoning the Business Support line as this is unlikely to be picked up until morning

Thanks for your help, now on the phone to a very helpful lady who is attempting to sort this out for me. 
For some reason, I assumed everybody would have gone home by now which is why I didn't try calling!
