Sole trader? Find out how you can benefit from business broadband post

Just read the article on the Community blog. At the bottom it says
Quote
To find out more about our specialist business packages and how they can benefit your business visit plus.net/business.

So I visit that page and select a package I might be interested in - where I see prices are "from". So I click start my order and when I give my phone and postcode it says you already have our broadband and asks me to log in to the portal. The upgrade path then only shows residential accounts.
I take it that you have no interest in current residential users who work from home moving to business packages?

Hey Jelv,
The Residential to Business process is slightly different, If you called Business Sales, they'd be able to assist in the same way the website, I'd imagine.

As Matt has mentioned, in order to move onto the Business Packages, you would need to speak to the Customer Options Team who will be able to put the wheels in motion for this switch over.
I do take your point with regards to being able to do this online - something I will certainly feed back.

Even if you can't do the actual change online you should be able to get to a page which tells you the actual prices you'd pay based on your telephone number and postcode rather than the "from" prices.
