I am astounded to discover this morning that Plusnet do not offer a smart divert service. I use this a lot on my home landline (not Plusnet). I want to be able to divert my office landline to my mobile by phoning from my mobile to set up the diversion. On my homeline I have to dial a local number then a PIN then the landline number I am diverting from, then the mobile number I am diverting to. So it is not rocket science. Can't believe Plusnet doesn't do this! Not happy!
If you desperately need this feature have a look at Vonage.co.uk. All those features and more are free. I do wish BT/PN would wake up and smell the coffee.
