Completely ballsed up order. No internet for THREE WEEKS. Compensation? £12, that's right, compensation for no business internet for 3 weeks = 12 lousy quid.
Internet cut off for non payment.
It turns out that Plusnet submitted my account details with one wrong digit.
New DD in place with a notice on my account that this may take five working days to set up.
Quote
Your Direct Debit is now being set up with your bank/building society. This can take up to 5 working days.

Now I'm getting emails and text messages saying -

We are emailing you as we've noticed that you don't have any payment details setup for your account. You need to set these up now, otherwise this will affect your Plusnet service or services.

What will Plusnet manage to fuck up next I ask myself?

I guess nobody at Plusnet is interested in the Business forum or it's customers any more.

Hi,
I'm really sorry for the problems you've had. I'm very glad to see you're up and running now though and I can see that the DD went active in our systems this morning.
