Rural Nursery has no emergency phone line for 3 weeks due to poor internal communication at plusnet

PLEASE HELP our nursery has been left with no land line and no mobile reception due to an internal miscommunication at plusnet.
Plusnet informed us that the line was being taken over by an external party on the 25-10-16. So we rang them before this date to confirm this was not the case, but a week later the line was cut off anyway. It appears that Plusnet have taken over their own line and in the process cut us off. Over the last 3 weeks we have had numerous guarantees that they are very sorry about this mistake but nothing has been done to solve the problem, and every time i get on the phone the staff do not know what is going on with the problem and we go back to the beginning. PLEASE HELP

There's unlikely tp be any Plusnet staff on here today. Your best bet to get their attention would be to post on https://www.facebook.com/plusnet and/or tweet to @plusnethelp on Monday morning.
