Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I seem to recall users of Safeguard were re-routed across a different segment of the Plusnet network. This caused connection issues to some users. Disabling Safeguard didn't automatically reset the routing path. I'll have a look for the thread.
