Referrals.

So I've been with and recommended plusnet for years over BT.

And with the up and coming changes I thought I'd be able to migrate from business to home and move all my referrals.

But speaking to BT Business 1 hour wait.. (when I rang plusnet) they said no provision has been made for this, tough luck (and the sales man said its harsh but it doesn't affect him so go complain see who cares)

Blunt but true.

Thing is I went to have a look how much I would be missing out on with this and realised I don't have any referrals on my account, which is odd given I know I should have some (I setup the contracts for my customers, IT support business owner so yes I put my username in)

So My three questions are.

1. where did my referrals go?

2. If I had them on my account how do I migrate them to a home account?

3. Does BT care about the bad PR / resentment its causing by once again being a bunch as ass hats?

 

So just reaching out to see if anyone wants to keep me happy from plusnet or should I just start becoming very blunt with anyone who asks can I recommend an ISP to use..

P.S. I have a record of all my customers who are on plusnet so make no mistake dependant on how well this goes someone's might be about to get a lot of new business.

I'm sorry to hear about the experience you've had.

We should be able to move your referrals if you have any if you were to create a new account.

With regards to where they have gone did you have a new account created at any point or have you always had the same one?

Hi Matthew

 

I had been a business customer for 10+ years and migrated to a residential package earlier this year as a result of the business packages being withdrawn.  I asked at the time if the referrals could be transferred across to the new residential account and was told that this wasn’t possible.  If it is indeed now possible, could you look up into the for me please  and transfer my referrals over from the closed business account as it looks like I was given the wrong information.
