Questions About VoiceMail Extra

Just moved across to PlusNet Business today and have taken out the VoiceMail Extra package.

I have set up a remote PIN - can someone tell me what I need to do in order to access messages  from another phone, please?

Also, I was told that I can get it to send an SMS message to a designated mobile whenever anybody leaves a message - can someone tell me how to do this, please?

To link a mobile number then it says.....

At main menu press 2 - that's OK

Then press 6 - I then get a message to say "Sorry, 6 may not be used"

I am connected remotely to VoiceMail Extra - does that affect things and should I be doing this on actual phone line?

Yes, it has to be on the actual line.
