I know Steve is looking into this for you, he's not in today until 11am. I've sent him an e-mail as a reminder to take a look for you. I know there has been a couple of issues surrounding Annex M that Steve's been investigating so he's definitely the best man to be speaking to.
If the Annex M service isn't providing you with the increased speeds, we'll sort out a refund for this.

Steve has been in touch and I have done a modem reboot and forced the annexM negotiation and it is working.
Now getting 2M upload speeds.  Download still good at 17M.
