Plusnet to Plusnet calls being charged for

I have previously reported this a good while ago, but having checked a recent bill we are still being charged for Plusnet to plusnet landline calls.

I see its still shown as a feature on business accounts free Plusnet 2 Plusnet calls so is this an oversight still or is it due to the package we are currently on?

Re: Plusnet to Plusnet calls being charged for

Inclusive calls become chargeable after 60 mins - are any over that duration?

Nope, all are under 10 minutes long and are to 2 different Plusnet numbers and all are being charged.

And both called numbers are definitely on Plusnet as one I pay the bill for and the other I know the bill payer.

OK.

Hopefully a Help Team member will be along shortly to take a look.  🤞🏾

Re: Plusnet to Plusnet calls being charged for

I have experienced the same, calling from my residential number to the business number of one of my referrals.

Of the two numbers identified, have the the accounts (by any chance!) been the object of a premises move?  That is the account service was delivered at one place (with telephone number A) and then moved to another place (having telephone number B) ... and it is calls to B which are being charged?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Plusnet to Plusnet calls being charged for

No premises move on either of them whilst they have been with Plusnet, My personal Plusnet line has had the same number since Plusnet took over the line from BT.

Plusnet to Plusnet calls was previously free on the account till the new billing system came in to operation, its only happened since then.

Does staff/help team  not monitor the business forum these days?

Re: Plusnet to Plusnet calls being charged for

@Bud They do, but the frequency varies, and some topics do get missed/overlooked.

I'm afraid it's all a bit of a lottery of late,

will the phone be answered?

will it drop out?

will my forum post be answered?

Re: Plusnet to Plusnet calls being charged for

Thanks for your post @Bud

Sorry for the long delay you've waited for us. I can't seem to find a business account from the details in your forum profile. Just to make sure I'm looking at the right account, could you drop me a PM with the account username?

Could you also PM me the numbers you're dialling that should be inclusive as they're provided by us?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
